Returns & Refunds

Each Far Fetched item is made to order just for you. Because our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review the problem and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the shipment.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted for production.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
